REAL LPD FOOTBALL WILL BE DISPLAYED NOVEMBER 3RD. DAWGS VS VIKES. SHOULD BE A GOOD ONE, MOST ALWAYS IS. PREDICTIONS OR RECORDS DON'T MATTER IN THIS ONE. KNOCK DOWN, HIT'EM IN THE MOUTH FOOTBALL, THE WAY IT SHOULD BE PLAYED, MAY THE BEST TEAM ON THAT NIGHT WIN AND BOTH GO ON AND DO WELL IN THE PLAYOFFS. LPD'S / VA'S FINEST, COUNT THE TROPHIES . GET IT ON BOYS.

Put the kids to bed and don't be afraid.
It's about to get hot wild and wicked. Time for some old fashion in your face, jaw knocking, shoulder pads poppin football.
PV and Appy with both a shot, at a share of the LPD title, should Burton stumble.
Or no less than 2nd place in the LPD.
I'll take a few Dawgs, who still have that i don't give a crap, who you are attitude and mentality. Were here to play.
Need to watch the 2002 Appy / PV game, this game will be close to that one. PV will probably come out in their 7 defense to stop the run, which leaves a lot of room for passing.
Take it to them Dawgs.
No place for players or fans who are timid.
This is one of those games that you waited your life for as a player.
Now make some good memories.

Like Clayman said. You have to play in this game to understand it.
I hope those playing in it Friday night do. It's more than just your usual highschool game. It's about memories and memories with friends.
We use to beat each other to death during that game. But a week or so when it was over. We were all back to being friends.
Come August all that ended until the second week in November.
Because the first week or Friday in November was Appy and PV.
Can't really describe it. You have to have actually played in one of the games to understand it.
So i guess it's like CW and Burtons' rivalry or CW and Haysi.

Its been over 10 years since the Dawgs have got the best of the Vikes hasnt it? It should be a great game, people bailed on PV when they lost a few at the beginning, but reality is setting in and PV has only gotten better (as they were expected) The Dawgs got pistol whipped by the Raiders and have done nothing but leave everyone in their wake since (as I should have been expected, I dont feel that was the Dawgs best effort, you cant give Burton anything and expect to win). Should be a game, the most anticipated since the 97 game of the ages maybe? Id just like to see Murphy and Leedy hit one another, those are two very big highschool kids, muscle, size, speed... should be a fight for sure.

10 years, as a matter of fact. Last Appy win was in '96. First time I took my son to a ball game.

It's crazy that it's been so long, but Appy came VERRY close in 2002 with just a 20-21 loss.

Last year's 28-35 loss was also a pretty close one.

However, this year, I personally think that the Dawgs have it in them to finally get a win. They are loaded with experienced players .. Cody Richardson, Brett Leedy, Sammy Jessee, Adam Kiser, and many more, and definitely have alot of potential.

HOWEVER, PV is also loaded with experience and have dangerous receivers and a dangerous backfield.

Both teams have pretty good defenses as well.

I can only wish both teams the best of luck -- next Friday's game is surely going to be one of the better games of the year.
